Registration Information

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR ALL SECTIONS. IF YOU STILL WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER, ONSITE REGSITRATION IS AVAILABLE.

It is time to register for the annual Utah Career and Technical Education Conference.

Register early! - Early registration fee (received at USU before May 5, 2008): $35.
Late registration fee (received at USU after May 5, 2008): $40.

Four Easy Ways to Register

  1. Register Online - Click on the links below to access the online registration for each conference you would like to attend. You must complete a separate registration for each section of CTE you wish to attend.
  2. Fax Registrations - Click the links below to download the pdf form. Then fax completed form to 435-797-0636 and provide a credit card, district purchase order number, or check to follow in the mail.
  3. Mail Registrations - Checks made payable to Conference Services will be accepted through regular mail when accompanied by printed (.PDF) registration form available on links below. Send the form and fees directly to:

  4. Telephone Registrations - Call toll free, 1-800-538-2663, during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, MT).
Confirmations will be sent via e-mail unless regular mail is preferred and indicated during the registration process.

Section Information & Registration Forms

**Note: You must complete a separate registration form for each Program Area of CTE you wish to attend.

Refund/Cancellation Policy - Confirmations will be mailed beginning April 1, 2008. Refunds will be made to those registrants who must cancel less a $10 processing fee. USU Conference Services must receive written cancellation at least 10 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be made within the 10 days prior to the conference. Substitutions are accepted but must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the conference.

Credit Information - 1.0 semester Utah State University or Utah State Office of Education credit will be available at the conclusion of the conference. If you plan to receive USU credit, please be aware that there is a $30 charge per credit. This fee must be paid by check only at the end of the conference. There is no charge for USOE credit.
