Registration Information

Four Easy Ways to Register:

1. Register On-line with our secure server.
   
   
2. Download and complete the Registration Form (pdf) return it to the address on the form with full payment.
3. Call Registration Services at (435) 797-0423 or 1(800) 538-2663. They will register you with a Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover or AMEX Card Number.
4. Fax your registration form with your credit card number. The 24-hour fax number is (435) 797-0636.

Registration Fees
The totals shown must be received for each participant registered, regardless of credit status (i.e. awarded or audited).

3 Day Regstration
    If received by May 22, 2009.... $250
    If received after May 22, 2009.... $275
1 Day
   ....$100

Credit Fee (requires 3 day registration):
   2 semester credits ....$75
   1 semester credit ....$45

School District Participant: Districts not desiring to pay for the credit portion of the fee may pay the general registration fee shown above.
